What is the mode of payment you accept ?
We accept all modes of payment like bank transfer, credit card, UPI and cash.
Do you provide airport assistance ?
Yes. We can assist you for pickup and drop from airport.
Do we give pick and drop service for "documents" from home ?
Yes. We pickup and drop back all important documents like passports and other papers from/to your home safely.
What is the cancellation or refund policy for my booking?
It depends on the airline rules and regulations.
If the refund is available, we give it as soon as possible.
Do you accept last minute bookings?
Yes. We do accept last minute bookings, and try to give the best of whatever possible.
Do I need travel insurance?
Its not mandatory.
But being your travel agent, we always recommend you to take your travel insurance for safety concerns and secure future.
Do i have to come in person for the visa ?
It depends from country to country.
Some countries ask to come in person whereas some countries do not.
How soon can I
get the new passport or its renewal done ?
It is assisted by the passport office. Proper documents given in order will make the procedure faster.
Normal passports take more time than tatkal passports.
